Funky Brew is a Canberra based mobile coffee cart owned and operated by Kent and Bec. In the summer you will find us at Stromlo Forest Park every wednesday serving much needed caffeine to the cyclists at the road Criterium races. We are also regulars at the CORC mountain bike race series.

Funky Brew is able to serve great brews at your event. Good coffee is no longer optional. A 1kg tin of instant coffee doesn't cut it anymore - don't risk it! Spectators and competitors at your event will be expecting espresso coffee - it's a fact. So here we are - your funky, no-stress coffee cart. Kent and Bec have been providing great brews at events since 2005, and there is always great appreciation for the REAL COFFEE.

Fresh is best

Funky Brew always use fresh beans, and our choice of roaster is Canberra's CosmoreX. We know their top quality beans are roasted just before we get them, and we grind them just before we serve you. A phrase we never tire of hearing is: "That's the best coffee I've had in a long time" and proudly, we've heard it many times.

Charity and not-for-profit organisations

Funky Brew endeavour to make a donation to all not-for-profit organisations whose events we go to. Also we take particular care to ensure we don't take any possible fundraising away from you. If you have a canteen at your event we won't sell anything that you are selling (ie soft-drinks etc), we'll just concentrate on giving your crowd great coffee.
